Two Brothers Pavers and Pools

A little about our design process

Thank you for contacting us.

My name is Mark Rhodus, Founder and President of Two Brothers Brick Paving. You had requested that we contact you to schedule a design consultation for an outdoor living project you’re considering. If you haven’t already, you will be receiving a call from Kate to schedule a time for you and I to meet and review your ideas. I wanto thank you for contacting us and I would like to introduce you to our Successful Project Concept. We feel that there are three equally important parts to a successful project and in turn, a happy customer. They are Design, Installation, and Communication. Since you and I will be getting together soon to review design ideas, I thought I would share with you our design process. My goal for our first meeting is to get to know you and your family a little bit, and get an understanding of what it is that’s inspired you to want this new addition to your home. I will ask questions to learn how you plan to use the new space. For example, I might ask if you plan to entertain a lot and if so, how many guests would you like to accommodate. So by the end of our meeting I will understand your goals and be able to take them into consideration when I create your design. Its a good idea for you and your family to have a discussion about your likes/dislikes, wants, and budget for the project prior to our first meeting. After our first meeting, I will spend about 3-5 hours creating your design and pricing out the project. I use a CAD style program to create your design to scale with multiple views/perspectives so that you will be able to fully visualize how the project will look when finished. This is great if you’re a visual person. See an example below.

Covered Patio Design

Once we meet a second time to review the design you’ll have a true visualization of the design, what the project will look like, and how much it will cost. It’s extremely important to me that you’re happy with the design, so please feel free to express any areas you would like to see changed on the design. I will be more than happy to go back to the drawing board as many times as it takes. I’m really looking forward to meeting with you. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me directly. I hope you can ‘Like’ us on Facebook. I share a lot of pictures of current projects on Facebook. See you soon,
